That’s nice. But the fact that his first instinct was to do otherwise means it’s time for him to go.
Backpedaling-more like a wind sprint!
Well, if it were really all about “health care” then the perspective would be different, but the Marxist Dims that are pushing this travesty are ONLY interested in POWER OVER THE PEOPLE -— don’t confuse Marxism with “health care”.
This is ALL about power and crushing INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY.
Yep...there’s nothing like his constituants screamiming in his face that he will be voted out to change a politician’s mind...if he has one, that is. RINOs we don’t need.
**Grassley rapidly backing away from ObamaCare**
Good. What follows now?
HOw’s McPain on Obama death care?
Does he still see himself as the great uniter and compromiser on principle?
McCain’s wife hasn’t decided yet.
But, but Krauthammer and other inside the Beltway commentators say that angry Town Hall participants are hurting our cause.
McCain opposes any plan that involves Gov’t control of healthcare.
Sounds good but I do not trust Grassley or any other RINO.
He is against it! You have to get past Pelosi first but McCain is actually funny in this exchange with Cavuto:

Comments on the site: Heres video of Senator John McCain saying the democrats health care plan is like a fish in the sun. You leave it out there very long, it is going to begin to smell very, very badly to the American people. Hes got that right. And although McCain wasnt my choice in the Republican primary, there is absolutely no doubt he would have been a better president than Obama. Thats because McCain doesnt hate America.
Krauthammer is only interested in legislation that allows carving up embryos.
“McCain opposes any plan that involves Govt control of healthcare.”
Miracles do happen!
His wife is waiting to see what her daughter thinks.
I dunno about that. I suspect Ted Kennedy's staff will wheel him in on his gurney and slap the defibrillator paddles on him to make him scream "Aye" right when his name is called to vote. No way will they have any qualms about unhooking him from life-support so he can cast his vote for socialized medicine.
Ya really gotta wonder how Obama's science czar John Holdren will reconcile the inherent conflict in his pro-euthanasia agenda when a semi-sorta-dead old man is obligated to provide the very deciding vote to turn the health care industry over to his eithanasia-friendly President, since Holdren himself has said "The elderly have a patriotic duty to die."
They have changed the focus from “health care reform” to “health insurance reform”
Yea, you can keep your private insurance.
Until 1213 when it all has to be with the government
One little detail they leave out when the tout the idea that the bills won’t eliminate private coverage.
oops! Sorry PRS, I mant to just reply to the OP, not you. Sorry.
