These emails have to be kept in the nat’l archives.
Let’s all send emails documenting the fall of our republic.

Napolitano was referring to the Privacy Act of 1974, Oh' geez, that is so pre-Obama.
Obama transcends Law, after all, he is a attuned being straddling the planet like a god
We have a SRM sycophantic lapdogs of the Administration, complete Democrat control of Congress, Justice Dept. run by a racist, Homeland Security run by a imbecile, A drunk for a VP.

We should start a huge class action lawsuit and get good attorneys to represent us.

He’ll never get impeached no matter what he does. Can’t impeach a black man — that’s racist

‘have you heard if anyone has begun to legally challenge this or if anyone is at least thinking about it?’
I think a good first step would be for the White House to release the names collected so far (Freedom of Information Act, perhaps?). Then, if someone appears on that list who never corresponded with the White House, I would think that they’d have cause to file a lawsuit. JMO.

We should start a huge class action lawsuit and get good attorneys to represent us. That's the best idea I've heard yet. Only problem is, the top class action attorneys in the country are democrat lobbiests. We need conservative lawyers.

Is THIS what will wake up a sleeping America? Incredibile!! The fact that this is even out there is enough to send me chills. WAKE UP AMERICA!! I have emailed my “keepers in office”here in Illinois (Dick Durbin et all) and quietly told them I have had enough and WILL work to bring them down!! ENOUGH!

That it is ILLEGAL will NOT deter “DEAD FISH” Emanuel nor Dictator OBOZO HUSSEIN in the least! In fact, it probably excits them even more, jussssst as doing Pleays in their Pink Tu Tus in ballet classes used to turn them on!:-)

What about the health care survey on Brad Ellsworth’s website? Are his staff submitting that info to flag?
And who are the other congressmen that have a similar survey on their websites?

Bill (the Gasbag) O’Reilly jumped on Judge Andrew Napolitano, claiming that Obama just wanted what was said reported to him, not who said it.

Well, this is interesting. This means that the White House will have to keep all those spam emails sent to them! ROFLOL.
You know...from websites where all you have to do is insert an email address and the WH will end up on their mailing list. There are lots of them...fill the WH email box with spam from stores, kids sites, joke sites, (whatever your "evil protestor" mind wants to send, LOL). Easy enough to do...just insert the flag@whitehouse.gov email addy into the sites area requesting an email addy for future mailings.

Well then the Natl archives will be full of newsletters from every vile/funny/off beat site on the internet. I know lots of folks have been signing the WH up to receive them.

What a great way to get yourself flagged.
