About 200 people, many members of the so called "tea party" movement in St. Louis, held a peaceful protest outside the offices of the Service Employees International Union Saturday, demanding an apology after a fracas at a town hall meeting in South County Thursday night. A fist fight broke out outside a senior care forum held by Representative Russ Carnahan at Bernard Middle School. People on both sides of the health care reform issue showed up at the rally. And one individual claims he was beaten by members of the SEIU. There were six arrests.

The best part was when we put up our signs, and to watch peoples faces as they realized that we werent with them. Somebody was speaking at the time, so there wasnt any interaction, but a lot of pictures were taken. Then after he spoke people gravitated toward us (including the police, we thankfully never feared for our safety) and started engaging with us. The major problem was that for the one person that wanted to actually talk, there would be 10 yelling over everything. We managed to keep our cool and just make them feel silly when they started yelling, and so I think since we were such a minority they didnt feel threatened enough to keep that up. Toward the end people were mostly nice, although some people kept yelling that we should get jobs and pay for our own healthcare.
Now why do I get the feeling it was more than 200?
Video: SEIU activists try to set ObamaCare opponents straight
Get Well Soon Kenneth Gladney !
When I look at the pictures of the people who support our side, and contrast them with the people on Obama’s side, I get a feeling of peace and optimism.
After they both resign of course.
Who wants an apology from thugs? And Katherine Sebelius should resign.

Baby....she’s under order of ‘The Man’, himself. He needs to send the bill to Zero. Period!!!!!!! He ‘called out his troops’.
I hope our side makes a commercial out of that video and shows it on TV so all can see what happens when Obama calls out his thugs and things work the Chicago way! The should paly him telling us not to talk, the the statment online about getting the unionbs out to townhalls, then show the video with a caption about what is going on.
The SEIU people were taking pictures of the crowd from their second floor office. Im sure it was just for keepsakes.

I’ve been in protests ‘of a different kind’....and that’s what they do.
People....if you attend a town hall meeting...PLEASE MAKE SURE you document EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!! I CANNOT stress this enough.
Make sure you ‘film them filming YOU’! Be prepared for ANY dirty tactics they’ll try to use.
ALSO.....they will try to intimidate to get you to assault THEM. Then they can go running to the police. This video is just an example of tactics that may be used (These are Scientology nuts...and they use the same, liberal tactics):

I hope someone can find a way to send Ken Gladney a thank you letter of support.
And would like to just say thank you to the hundreds in St. Louis who were at the original TH meeting and then at the SIEU hq rally today.
God bless all of you!
Yep you can clearly see on the video that he walked up to him and took him down so McCowan better have a good lawyer to get him a shorter sentace.
How do you know the SIEU goons have been called off? I hope they have - more than that - Obama and his lieutenants need to get out in front of a camera and apologize for any language they gave out that hinted at or openly stated that we will “hit back twice as hard” meant going to these Town Hall meetings and starting to beat up dissenters.
They need to also take down their snitch line.
Notice - it is still up!
