“A simple vote does not legally override the constitution.”

Also, a vote of the people is not a constitutional method to ammend the constitution. If Americans are to the point where they see the “natural born” requirement as being passe, then the constitution needs to be properly ammended. That ISN’T going to happen...yet anyway.

Attempting to change the constitution by simple vote is what got Honduras and Nigeria where they are today. (And Nicaragua tomorrow)

Face the reality, the democrat party and their affrimative action fraud have set the Constitution aside as a relic of the old Republic they are sweeping away, to establish the federal oligarchy. And they aren’t even trying to hide that fact, naming more than thirty czars now to run the country as their Marxist messiah sees fit and is instructed to do by biggers pulling his strings.
