There seems to be a misunderstanding in what you have to be to be President. Mr. Fudge is ridiculing those who believe that Obama is not native born, which as I understand the law is a child born on US territory but with two foreign parents. Unfortunately, you can be native born and not a “natural born” citizen, which you must be under our Constitution, or I should say it is an open question. It could very well go Obama’s way if the Court would hear it, but he is already in the job so why risk it. Read the following cases: Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162; United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649; and Perkins v. Elg, 307 U.S. 325. You might find them interesting.

Now watch the attacks come out against the Virginian citizens questioning Mr. Obama's eligibility (ie. "48% of Virginians are no-nothing hill-billies") and for attempts to marginalize them (ie. "they're unfortunate lemmings led astray by a handful of kooks"). Keep a stiff upper lip my Virginian FRiends. When you catch flak, you know the target is true.

There is far more reason to believe Obama was born in Kenya than in Hawaii. But it doesn’t matter. Nothing would be done even if his grandmother showed home movies of him being born on the dirt floor of a hut with all the African family watching.

The Senate will just pass a resolution saying they think he’s a natural born citizen and eligible to be president just like they did with McCain; even though everyone knows he is a statutory citizen rather than a natural born citizen and as such not eligible to become president. The dinosaur media will treat the resolution like the final word on the subject just like they did in McCain’s case.

The Supreme Court will not take the case. Nobody in power will do a damn thing, so getting upset about it does as much good as looking up a dead horse’s ass.

The States have to keep this from happening again by passing laws that nobody can be on the ballot in their state unless they prove, by producing an official long form birth certificate saying the person was born in the U.S.A., the person is a natural born citizen. They should also require two other forms of picture identification issued by a government body.

If just 4 or 5 big states pass such a law there would be no way for another usurper to win enough electoral votes to get into office. Get that passed in Florida, Ohio, Virginia, and Texas and the problem will not come up again. That’s where our efforts should be directed.
