On Saturday, Orly Taitz filed in federal court the forged Kenyan birth certificate for President Obama that she'd discovered. It lasted in the file for less than a week -- on Thursday, a judge ordered the motion that Taitz had submitted stricken from the court record....
In the order, which can be downloaded in PDF form here, the judge says the motion was improperly filed "for the following reasons: Lacks proper notice; improper form and format; Counsel failed to identify her Cal. State Bar No.; description of motion conflicts or differs from that which counsel entered on Court's e-docket."
Taitz could file another motion, accompanied again by the forged birth certificate -- but she'll have to overcome the mistakes she made with this filing, and that might prove difficult. The electronic court record for the case, in which she's representing Alan Keyes, among others, is filled with similar procedural errors on her part.
Not that it would matter anyway -- the document is a proven fake, and the Australian birth certificate on which it was apparently based has already been discovered. Plus, on Thursday an anonymous person came forward claiming to be the source of the forgery, and with evidence to suggest that it was all a hoax, one designed to further discredit the Birthers....

Orly tends to wonder off the reservation and lose focus. She brings up irrelevant details that just hand the opposing side ammunition. An example is the fake social security numbers she alleges 0 used. What does that have to do with anything? Her case should have been focused on whether or not 0 satisfied the requirements of Article II., Section I., Cl V.; that is, the Natural Born Citizen stipulation.
Her filings tend to be submitted with typos and silly mistakes that should have been caught in the proof reading process.
Orly is a Russian immigrant and she obviously passionately believes in our constitution, just as much as I do, but she needs a manager and an editor. I would work pro bono with her on this if she would like.

What is so attractive about Cloward and Piven? If you can’t answer this question openly, your ideology isn’t worth a pile of vomit.
I am not sure what ACORN and the planned welfare-race war has to do with Orly, except that Obama trained them to shake down banks to make subprime loans to minorities and illegals, which didn't work out too well (unless you are Cloward or Piven).

I am sure some law student could at least proof her stuff for free. I think she is too stubborn. Russians or anyone from the region are too damn stubborn. I admire her efforts but try to be smart about what you are doing.
If the judge ignored “it”, that would only leave Obama’s attorneys an appeal issue should the judge’s decision go against them.

Memo to Congressman Israel: You are a condescending elitist. You are way off base to say that Rush Limbaugh treated any Holocaust survivors "with vile contempt." Judging from your characterization, one might think that Limbaugh was praising the Nazis or denying the Holocaust, but he was doing nothing of the sort. He did not specifically mention Holocaust survivors at all, but it's apparent that, since these folks are now all seniors, the Obama healthcare plan that you support (and refuse to discuss in public forums) will be a disaster for them. Talk about "vile contempt" for Holocaust survivors (and all seniors), just look in the mirror. Plus, your fortuitous surname "Israel" does not make your words those of the state of Israel nor those of the Jewish community. Speak for yourself at your own political risk. And, BTW, those Holocaust survivors who are registered Democrats registered as such long before you and your current crop of cronies decided to go off the deep left end!
Congressman Israel should ask those Holocaust survivors if what they see today in America, courtesy of the DemoRAT party, isn’t the same scenario they witnessed when Hitler was rising to power.

Dr. Orly is the ONLY one out there in the trenches EVERY day hitting Obama on multiple fronts and trying to bring him down. It is reported that she is more than $8,000 in debt from using her own funds for expenses in her flights across the U.S for interviews, speeches, serving papers and meeting with officials!

I admire her persistence, but she needs a partner, a more experienced lawyer and she needs to look up the word discretion. I would love to play poker with her, she would show all of her cards before the betting started.

I believe BObama (he who stinks) is either not natural born, or is hiding something damaging. But I also believe we are not going to be able to uncover the truth. Our efforts are better spent elsewhere, perhaps in heeding all of those directives to disrupt town hall meetings. I know my stack of orders is just getting way too high.

This case may be our best chance as Jedge Carter appears to be an honest judge. I did not think there were any.
