As much as I despise everything this guy stands for, what happens if irrefutable evidence is found that he is not constitutionally qualified and he is removed on that basis? It will tear this country apart and the rift will not heal for generations, if ever. He will be a living martyr for the left. I really believe this is a no win situation if it continues to be pursued.

He is on a downward spiral from a popularity and policy perspective. Why not let the natural progression of events take their course and get the benefit of his losing in 2012 (or even being forced to step down for breaking a dozen or so laws) as well as having leftist policies discredited for generations? I'm not saying lay down and let the leftists destroy the country. On the contrary, fight like hell, but on a policy level.

Just my two cents worth.

Appears to me the country is already torn apart.
I think the price of him filling out his term will be worse than if he were kicked out now.

Anyway considering what he has done in the first months of office we will be in CWII soon anyway. That starts when they come for the guns.

But here's the rub, whether he stays in or gets thrown out, he is tearing this country apart now.

This idiot is probably going to get us in a war and after what he has done to our allies I wonder just how much support we'll get, best case scenario we're headed for a massive depression.

My gut tells me to stick with the rule of law and the Constitution on this one, FWIW

Does that mean that we "rule" our country by emotions and not by our Constitution???

Then the evil doers won't pull that stunt again. The country will be more watchful and the government will be held to higher standards and made to answer to the people. I don't see a lose in that.

The natural progression of events is descent into totalitarianism, not to more sweetness and light.

The truth is what is important. When people know the truth, then freedom may gain.

The irrefutable evidence that Barack Obama is not constitutionally eligible for the office of the President of the United States is that his father was a foreign national; a non-U.S. citizen.

How many Marxist nations can you cite that have changed for the better. Hint Russia is not one of them, Putin is still in charge and so is the KGB.
