The Fatah party, which is meeting in Bethlehem, beat the incitement drum Thursday and accused Israel of being responsible for the “assassination” of Yasser Arafat, who died in 2004.
Arabs have routinely accused Israel of having poisoned Arafat, but the statement in Ramallah by former Arafat advisor Bassam Abu Sharif is the first time the party officially has outright blamed Israel.

And all this time I thought it was the AIDS.
That is what I heard so it is not out of line to say that Arafat got aids form some Muslim boy and the Muslims killed him form aids.
Maybe if he didn’t let the homicide bombers carry his seed in their @$$es, he would have lived a little longer in this hell called Gaza.
I thought he died from bad meat in a can.
Even were that true, what’s the problem?
Arafat was the man who stole the money from the Palestinians and put it in a Swiss Bank. He deserved the death sentence.
Israel could have finished him any time, any way they wanted and it would look like it was suicide. Oh cmon, give me a break. Fatah is a bunch of a-holes.
