These so called Birthers won't accept Obama's citizenship regardless of any proof, so why do the media continue to pay attention to them [Poll on Birthers: Most Southerners, Republicans Question Obama Citizenship, usnews.com]? I think it is time for the media to move on and no longer give them a mouthpiece. There is no investigation here anymore, and this was cleared up way before Obama was elected. These people are basically just angry that Obama is president. The childish whining will not stop until the Republicans are back in power ... and at this rate it could be a very long time.
Do not make up a derogatory name for me. I am not a birther and you are not a non-birther. These stupid words are not even in the dictionary. I am an American with the same rights as you have. If I want to see the actual birth certificate (not a certificate of live birth), then Mr. Obama should be man enough to show it to me. Mr. Obama can follow through on his promise to bring this country together, show transparency, and prove he is an honorable man by simply producing his true birth certificate. If he chooses to hide this document or influence government officials to destroy it, then he is only bringing down his house of cards on all of our heads.

The Healthers claim that there is a conspiracy afoot to defraud the public regarding support for healthcare. The Healthers claim that the insurance industry, GOP, and Libertarian parties are paying protesters to go to townhall events held by Democrats. They claim that conservatives are editing tapes of Obama to make it “seem” as if he wants to end private medical insurance.
The Healthers are not ridiculed in the media.
He won’t even release the figures on Cash For Clunkers.
Why won’t Obama release his birth certificate? Because the longer he doesn’t the longer these nuts make his opponents look like mental cases. Releasing the birth certificate kills the issue, which kills a distraction and weapon against his opponents.
And am I the only one who finds it ironic the people who believe this are largely the same people who think the Clintons will kill anyone who stands in their way, yet someone let themselves be beaten by someone who could easily have been disqualified?

I totally and completely, 100% believe Obama when he says:
1) I was born in Hawaii
2) At birth I was governed by British Law
I BELIEVE HIM ..... I BELIEVE HIM ..... I BELIEVE HIM!
What I don't believe is that you can be governed by British Law AT BIRTH and still be a Natural Born Citizen.
So - if you believe him - then you too have to wonder if he is eligible to be POTUS!
