Take the Luce Line from Minneapolis out to Hutchinson :-)
...and 25-35 mph, eh? Color me IMPRESSED!
Used to commute 13 miles each way when I lived in Scottsdale. Shea Blvd. was downright scary.
Cheers!
I didn't have the durability for long rides (my back would start killing me), so a one-hour loop as fast as I could go was my thing and I loved hill-climbing. Used to ride a loop from Jack London Square to the top of the Berkeley Hills and back in under an hour (lights and all). It was a 22 mile loop with a 1,400 foot altitude gain. So, yeah, that's how fast the flats would go, partly because the signals were set for 30mph. It was a gas.
