Well?.....I would think that any attorney that deliberately introduced a fake document to the court would face disbarment. Orly is not working alone. I doubt that she could get the other attorneys working with her to cooperate in a fraud.
But...I do have an open mind about this.
She didn't represent it as being authentic. To the contrary, she asked the Court for a discovery procedure to determine whether it is authentic or not. This is not grounds for disbarment.
