I would think that any attorney that deliberately introduced a fake document to the court would face disbarment.

She didn't represent it as being authentic. To the contrary, she asked the Court for a discovery procedure to determine whether it is authentic or not. This is not grounds for disbarment.

Ethically, do you think it likely that Orly and the other attorneys would knowingly submit a fake document for public relations reasons? Is this something to be expected from the profession?
