I don’t buy it. Why would Sarah put out divorce rumors herself? She’s not that type of person.

And that’s how it begins, with just a modest suggestion to modify the speaking voice. Then, maybe just a couple of insider phrases to appeal to the Beltway Bums; then, maybe just a correction here or there to her hair to conform to the Eastern sensibilities; then maybe just a little less specificity and a little more “nuance” to her answers to questions; a little “reaching out” here and there to special groups-within-the-group...and so on. And, Voila, behold John McCain in a dress.

Think you give Sarah, too little credit by your assumptions for her metamorphosis. And of course; despite hurt feelings here; no one is suggesting 'change' for Sarah - much less a change for her 'core values'; despite all the defenses raised on her behalf.

(That said do not know anyone who cannot improve themselves; and those who promise great Leadership are not exempt!)

Seems those who imagine they must defend Sarah from ANY suggestion that she could her enhance her 'public speaking MO', are doing the same thing to Sarah - elevating her to 'other worldly' status - just as we see the 'messiahnauts' so elevate Obama - the ONE - who can do no wrong.

Please!. . .

The Left hates and 'fears' Sarah Palin; I want them to fear her even more. . .and of course, the 'bottom line' is that Sarah WILL do whatever she thinks she needs to; and no question she will do it 'her way'.

Here’s a thought: Let’s let Sarah decide who Sarah’s going to be, and, if you’re okay with the substance of her message, then vote for her. If not, don’t.

There was/is an assumption here, of 'free choice'; and don't think 'reminding' one, of what they can or cannot do - the old 'either/or' argument; speaks well here.

As for being a cultist; even Sarah will admit she is not perfect; and so not sure why; 'supporting her' dictates that one must defend that she IS - in fact - and so, END OF STORY! This is where Liberals 'begin and end' any debate as to merits of Obama, Inc. et al. . .

(Think I was 'where you are' - and other staunch defenders, here, of Sarah - during her entire Campaign. That was then; this is now; and personally, just want her to keep moving forward; honing her skills/talents; as I 'believe' she must; and acutally; I believe she will.)
