There are legal laws, laws that prevent one from violating the rights of another. Then there are laws that I mat choose to call controlling laws. Simply because a law is on the books, does not mean it is a legal law, ie the bill that just passed the house limiting executive pay, any examination of that bill would render it not legal, but it will soon be a law.
