So, what’s the theory in the Globe?
The parents of Bruce Lee were foreign nationals on tour with a Chinese acrobatic group in the US when Bruce was born, which gave him US citizenship in addition to his dual citizenship abroad. As US born, even tho he spoke with a thick Chinese accent due to being raised abroad - Hong Kong - he could technically have run for President - if he had lived to age 35. He came back to the US at a young age and had no trouble exercising his right to stay here. I welcome additional input on this, but I believe someone in his position could certainly run for President if they were US born, and then renounced the foreign half of their dual citizenship by age 21 for full American citizenship, even if they were raised abroad.

Were Bruce Lee or his parents (I ask this because of SCOTUS precedent and also in relation to the anchor babies issue - [http://www.examiner.com/x-10317-San-Diego-County-Political-Buzz-Examiner~y2009m7d1-California-is-closer-to-ending-illegal-Anchor-Baby-births]) subject to the jurisdiction of the US? Were they domiciled in the US? Were they legally resident in the US?

Although I recognize it as speculative, it seems fairly likely to me that they were married in Kenya. His tribal area was on the other side of the country. So I doubt the agreement had much impact.
On the other hand, the issue does cause you to think about what kind of marriage they might have contracted (civil v. tribal v. islamic). I have thought it might be productive to look at the records in Kenya to see if there is in fact any indication of some legal ceremony there.
I haven't paid much attention to that because it seems pretty clear to me under US law that they would be held to be married for purposes of the citizenship law which is the primary substantive impact of the issue.

You are right that Orly should look at the records in Kenya, but Kenya is not the best place to look at the moment where Barry's cousin is in charge.
Indonesia is the best place to look. I mean, surely, they had to satisfy Indonesian authority that they were married and Barry was adopted to be able to live there legally and attend school.
OK, I did not see the context. But, sorry, but this does not make sense to me. Certainly Jesus had a father (ahem...Father God, and at the least earthly father Joseph, who had to raise Him.)And Jesus had no mother? Who was Mary, if she was not the “mother” Jesus? Could He have survived to adulthood on His own? I’m sorry, but this verse is not easily reconciled.

The interview with the babysitter is interesting and provides support for the time line that put her physically in Seattle in February 1962--it doesn't provide any support for Corsi's proposition (derived from the U of W records) that she was on campus taking classes on August 19.
We have seen another document confirming that the classes for which she was registered fall quarter 1961 were extension classes which she could have been taking from anywhere. Which is consistent with my own recollection.
Corsi's August 19 date for physical attendance at classes is wrong. He may think he got it from the U of W but his description of emails and the like is a little suspect. Careful inquiry would confirm the state of facts.
If she was in a night class in fall quarter, classes started in the last week of September or the first week of October. She wasn't in class at Washington on August 19.

It would seem that a retired FBI agent has been in Kenya for the past 5,6,7 months working for Orly. It is he that was supposed to have gotten a copy of the BC and was headed to Washington or was already in D.C. before the BC was released.

Yes, I noticed the discrepancy in dates. The baby sitter said they were “night” classes — presumably because that’s when she baby sat little Barry. But, she also says it was in January and February of 1962. She does not corraborate the rocord for August, 1961.
I think 1961 was when Ann was staying with her mother’s friend — before she’d moved into the 3 apartment house managed by Toutonghi. And Toutonghi says that she moved into her own house that she and her husband purchased at the end of Feb. 1962 and her relationship with Ann Dunham ended.
The UW records that I have seen either are too dim to read, or they don’t mention Aug. 1961. In any case, that class didn’t start until the end of Sept. 1961. Where was Ann Obama staying during that month? Aug-Sept, 1961.

Marriage was likely in Hawaii to Lolo and Barry was adopted in Hawaii. Records like that would be in Hawaiian Vital Records, and with staunch obamasycophantic standing at the gates, the records are safe from public disclosure until a judge sends a court order. Even then, a person who would make the statement Fukino made declaring the affirmative action liar-in-chief to be natural born when he definitely is not, according to his own words, well, such prostration for her little Marxist messiah could take ugly illicit characteristics if she worried that he could be exposed.
