Anybody that uses the term "Birthers" is a nit wit...That is the lefts and MSM's word to try and smear anyone that questions the O and his birthplace...Right off it has to be a liberal that uses that word...

Conservatives perhaps should excoriate anyone using that term on a conservative site....(I will now duck and cover)

I agree! Ban the birther word. It’s a ‘label’ to discredit. We’re Americans and that should explain our quest for truth.

It’s a neutral term, to my ears. Nothing derogatory about it in itself. It only takes on a bad connotation because that’s the way the MSM (and conservative outlets) frame it. Like how “colored” or “midget” started out as benign but eventually became slurs, to some people, because of the way others used them.

Terms like “capitalist,” on the other hand, are poisonous to begin with. For although the private ownership of capital is essential to economic theory, it is only part of the story, and a part of the story that people are prone to misunderstand. They’re lucky people don’t call them Kenyaners. At least Birthers points to the strongest part of their argument, i.e. that Obama should be more open.

What would you have us call them, if not Birthers?
