If there's one thing that old cops know about criminals, it's that they always leave clues to their crimes. You see, they actually want to be caught (believe it or not). It's the cop's job to help them stop themselves from continuing to injure their neighbors.
Obama has left a trail of clues a mile wide, all during the campaign, and since, but it's only the "Birthers" that are picking up on them.
As you said, one of those easily spotted clues is the fact that he continues to remind everyone that "I won", "I'm the President", ad nauseum. He can't believe that he's gotten away with it, and he spills the beans about his crime in lots of small ways.
No one who's comfortable in their own skin acts the way Obama does. Hell, he's so screwed up over his huge withhold that he can't even ask for extra syrup without reading it off a teleprompter. Now, that's some kind of nervous!
When he appeared on CNN for his "impromptu" statement about the Gates affair, he said something about how he could be "shot" for "breaking into the White House" "but this is MY house now." I couldn't believe it. First he makes some statement about being a victim due to his race, THEN loudly reassures himself the place is HIS. Not temporary gov't housing for a public servant, but HIS house.
He has to keep reassuring himself it's true because in his heart of hearts, he knows it's a total lie.
It's like that silly "Office of the President Elect" seal he was using before the Inauguration. He should be using the "Office of the Usurper President" or the "Office of the Make-Believe President" instead; it would be more appropriate.
