Approval Rating Hits 53% as Health Plan Loses Public Support
WASHINGTON -- Support for President Barack Obama's health-care effort slipped substantially over the past five weeks -- particularly among those who already have insurance -- as Congress has struggled to finalize legislation and attention has focused on its high price, a new Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll finds.
In a bid to regain momentum, Mr. Obama is shifting the way he is selling his top domestic priority, focusing less on how the revamp would reduce costs and more on how it would protect those who already have insurance -- the people who need to be won over. One of the president's top advisers acknowledged Wednesday that the White House's prior focus had been unsuccessful.

I just saw the front page of Drudge. He’s down in the Gallup, ‘He Needs a Vacation’, and health care postponed until October. HA!

the pictures with the protesters are much better.
You can be sure I get the word about bozo out to anyone I can, standing in line for coffee, to waiting in a waiting room etc.
I will not rest until I have got the message out to as many as I can.
The left beat Bush up at every chance and yet they complain when it is done to bozo
And teis “Wall Street Journal/NBC News” is done w/ “special” Obmabi “sauce”. I wonder what a REAL poll would look like?
Wait until the details get out.
HA! HA!
what he is doing in his re-packaging is classic Alinsky:
“One of Obama’s early mentors in the Alinsky method was Mike Kruglik, who had this to say to an interviewer of The New Republic, about Obama:
“He was a natural, the undisputed master of agitation, who could engage a room full of recruiting targets in a rapid-fire Socratic dialogue, nudging them to admit that they were not living up to their own standards. As with the panhandler, he could be aggressive and confrontational. With probing, sometimes personal questions, he would pinpoint the source of pain in their lives, tearing down their egos just enough before dangling a carrot of hope that they could make things better.”
Watch Obama work a crowd at a town hall meeting. He comes out, says a few words in greeting and then begins his laundry list of all the stuff that’s wrong with America, getting the audience all revved up. When the crowd is engaged and sufficiently “pissed off,” Obama presents a solution to the all the things that are “pissing them off” — the chosen one, the anointed one, the Obama — as president.
Alinsky’s goal was to slowly turn the United States into a Communist dictatorship; to this end he tried to convince various groups of poor people and labor unions to push for legislation in that direction; he did this by appealing to their self-interest — whether valid or not — instead of using charismatic leadership — but now we have Obama, who is skilled in the Alinsky method and charismatic.”

manc, do you have a link? I’d love to see that! ;-)
Talk about diminishing the office of the President! “Clean up on aisle 13!”
Appropriately positioned in the fruit section.
All 25 Kroger workers were not impressed.
Neither were the 200 protesting shoppers who
just wanted to get their meat and beat it.
Series. I read there were about 2900 protesters.
sorry, wishful thinking...200 protesters not 2900.
Wow, he's become the person that frightened his grandmother.
Why in the world was he in a Kroger’s for this anyway?
