More than likely they will unload their magazines and miss. Hard to shoot under pressure.

BTTT. We see regularly how they turn a street into the beach at Normandy. The story of the guy getting shot at his bachelor party comes to mind:

"At one point, the crowd of a few hundred counted off to 50, the number of rounds fired."

"Other shots hit nearby homes and shattered windows at a train station, though no one else [at the homes and train station] was injured."

"One 12-year veteran fired his weapon 31 times, emptying two full magazines, Kelly said."

If they shoot like the Boise Cops do, they will miss the target for sure. Our boy’s in blue just shot up an innocent apartment building, and NOT one of them hit the target. This shooting at cars for a suspected felony will end badly with the current level of marksmen ship displayed by police. The current policy in Chicago allows for shooting at cars when they are a danger to the police or the public. Like trying to run down somebody or shooting from inside the car. This is as it should be, to shoot at a suspected felon is total lunacy.
