No court has actually heard the case, all suits so far have been dismissed because the plaintiff had no standing. In the case of Major Cook, he did have standing regarding his orders to Afghanistan, but bambi then rescinded those orders in order to take away that standing. Again the case was not heard.
So to date, no court has made any finding at all regarding whether or not bambi meets the constitutional requirements to be prez.
Alan Keyes has standing, John McCain has standing, Sarah Palin has standing, the 50 Secretaries of State have standing, the entirety of the GOP House of Representatives have standing.
Perhaps, one of the above people should file a successful case against Obama.
