Hi TC. I think some people might get annoyed if we discuss this here - even though this might benefit many here who want to post pictures and have some fun as long as the pictures are not huge in Kilo Bytes. Most pictures should be under 100KB (as in your large Reagan Pic which is only 57KB). or 200KB Max, if they have text to be read. At least that is my criteria.
IS THERE A PLACE TO talk about this other than here?... The HTML SANBOX probably, right?
Back to the issue, I think I understand what you are saying but not 100% sure. I see the two Reagan pictures, two difference 'sizes' (in dimensions), but the same amout of KBs for both! Interesting, I was not aware you could do that... But unfortunately impractical for our purpose becaue the whole point of changing the size of the picture is mostly to reduce the KBs.(Kilo Bytes), which is what slows down dial-up lines, and many people still have them.
BTW, what is "iNet?" Do you mean the Internet or something else? Perhaps we could put together a small tutorial for our friends here in Sarahs pad :)
That is correct. The data sent is the same for both. The smaller one is shrunk down by your browser because of the parameters of the tag.

Then the image must be downloaded, resized, saved, uploaded to the Internet (yes, that's what I meant by iNet) and posted.
HTML sandbox is the place to be for extended discussion/playing.
