Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said Monday she has seen the original birth records that verify Obama was born in Hawaii, and is a "natural-born American citizen." What if we assume for a minute that she is telling the truth and that she understands the Constitutional meaning of "Natural Born Citizen"
Maybe she is trying to tell us that Obummer SR. is NOT the daddy without really saying so?
