Legally she can’t disclose anything the BC says. Unless authorized.
I'm not saying nor do I believe it one way or the other.
However if she's lying, she's guilty of perpetuating a fraud.
One would think she is smart enough not to put herself in that position but who knows. We all know how easy it would be to settle this once and for all but the jerk doesn't even have the decency to do it.
