There are many Heidelberg platen presses in operation,,,

I know of one in a local job-shop where I worked 75-77,,,

IMHO : That fake BC was printed then copied on a

1250 Multilith or just a “shop-job” on a puter!,,,

The BORDER of that FAKE BC is what let me know it is/was a

FAKE!!!,,,Tooooo Sloppy,,,Look at the CORNERS!!!,,,

The Heidelberg is/was used to print NUMBERS on custom checks

and stock certificates/etc. for the most part,,,

This was/is just a sloppy job on green “check paper”...;0)
