State declares Obama birth certificate real, again

HONOLULU -- State officials again are confirming that President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.

Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said Monday she has seen the original birth records that verify Obama was born in Hawaii, and is a "natural-born American citizen."

Fukino made the announcement in hopes of ending any lingering rumors about Obama's citizenship. She issued a similar press release Oct. 31.

Well..., in my case — just for example — I only produce a birth certificate where I can’t get something unless I do (like a driver’s license or a passport). If it wasn’t for that, I wouldn’t be producing my birth certificate to anyone who asked either... LOL..

So, why has Obama not produced a birth certificate? Well..., the answer to that one is real simple. There is no legal requirement that, as a candidate he produce one. And there certainly is no legal requirement as President that he produce one.

If people want that legal requirement in place, they are going to have to get state laws which require a candidate to produce a birth certificate or else he cannot get on the ballot.

I’m all for making sure Obama really is legally our president, but shouldn’t we, as a nation, be focusing on far more pressing matters such as healthcare, cutting the size of the government, etc than trying to force this issue when its obvious that they’re just going to string us along until he leaves office?

Yes we will. And that’s exactly what I said back after the election, when I saw everyone posting on all these court cases and what was going to happen. I said that these court cases (back then) were *going nowhere* — but of course, others disputed that and said, this one will work, that one will work, it will be stopped at the Electoral College Vote, the Certification, just before inauguration, etc and etc.

I also said “We shall see...”

And see — we have... in that over a year of court cases, nothing has come of it... So, yes... we shall see... (another year and what will we be saying then?).

That’s why I don’t have any faith at all in these court case. I say to get a state law that requires the birth certificate be produce for a candidate or else he cannot get on the ballot in that state. That is what will work.

Update:  I just received an email from "Cash," who says, "I don't see Fukino's latest statement posted on the State of Hawaii's DoH website."

That's odd? Where and how did Fukino release her latest statement? Did she just take it upon herself to submit her remarks directly to the media?

Cash adds, "Nobody talks like that unless there's a gun pointed to their head and since I don't see the statement posted on an official Hawaii state site, I suspect this to be a hoax started by an Obot blogger."

All I can say — which is not only obvious, but *seen* here on FRee Republic — is that there are other FReepers who have read what you’re talking about and yet, do not believe that this is true, according to what they have read and have shown on the subject.

At this point, we’ve got one FReeper group saying one thing and another FReeper group saying the opposite thing.

I’m not inspired with confidence with what I see there... :-)

Here is what I can tell is “true” in real life — and that will be in terms of — “what actually happens in real life” ...

That will tell me which one is the “working definition”.... as it *happens*.

Government and States do not "discard" or destroy original documents. Once a photocopy for microfilm is made, the originals are filed in a logical order by year, date and document number and are able to be retrieved from storage at any time requested.

Something is fishy, Obama et al probably can't figure out how to alter the original or get anothe one on record, which is why the lies, legal action and stalling.

How many SS numbers do you have? Obama has used 39 social security numbers in his lifetime. In the deposition on the case. Like I said you will be surprised what comes out of this case. If the judge allows his records to be subpoenaed, then we might get even more interesting information.

As fact stands now, Obama was illegitimate. Something may come out that Ann went to Kenya and had a customary marriage but as of right now OUT OF WEDLOCK BIRTH - ONE YEAR REQUIREMENT.

Well I would go after the person who applied for them. That is why it important to see his records. To have an idea exact time line of his life. It is imprtant to also see if he ever applied for financial aid as a foreign exchange student. If he had done that it is also a federal offense.

there are a number of SS numbers “associated” with Obama how he used them is only available to SS and credit agencies who reported the usage.

The most often used number is 042-68-xxxx which was supposedly issued in Connecticut (possibly in 1976-1977) when was Obama in Connecticut? Vacationing from Hawaii?

As I have said several times, the parentage deficiency (father not a real US person/citizen) is a fine theoretical argument. In the abstract, if you had some unknown Secretary of Commerce that became President under the succession rules because everybody else was out of commission, that argument might well work and force you to move on to the next guy.

But in the case at hand, if Obama proves he was born in Hawaii, he almost certainly wins.

And my concern of the present is that I have heard a real birth certificate is in preparation that will "resolve all the issues". The next fake, is likely to be a somewhat better quality more complete fake.
