More process, more self analysis, more focus group evaluations, more navel gazing, more public input on police activity, more training, more intervention on any hint of police "wrongdoing," more sensitivity regarding enforcement actions when it comes to potential discrimination and protected groups, more rules to bind even facial expressions or words by police officers who come upon a potential crime scene, more hiring of gays and lesbians who are more caring, more government oversight on officers, etc., blah blah, etc. As I said, more BS.
