No way that any”political” person could foresee in 1961 that BO would have a chance back in 1961 to become a president. My two cents is that proud grandparents had the announcement posted in the paper. Don’t know what’s up with the address though. Could be something as simple as they didn’t know the proper address and just made one up. Or they made a simple mistake.
