I wonder if this is a red line for the Israelis. I know they wanted to knock out the Iraqi reactor at Osirak before it became operational.

If they are reporting it, it means three are already running.

Given all the stories posted about Iran, is it possible to add them as a selection on the topics page?

How many people will get electocuted?..
Local iranian building codes must be antiquated..
IF they exist at all..

Iran(the middle east) also does not tally child abuse(domestic violence) either..

1st world technology must be dangerous in a 3rd world country..
Wonder if Iran has plumbers?.. You know that are Iranian..

Osirak was a “research reactor” which could easily be reconfigured to produce fissile materials. I doubt that this is anything other than a garden variety power plant reactor, which is not really suited for plutonium production. Nothing to get your shorts in a wad about.

Nonetheless, the symbolism and public relations aspects are troubling.

I wonder if they even have plans to connect it to the grid. The NKs kept insisting their reactor was generating electricity for them, but no power lines were connected to it.

Admittedly, nuclear technology is nowhere near my field. Check your freepmail, I have a question.

NK is technologically advanced, and must be using wireless power transmission.

Well, they made it to Baghdad, which was farther than it was believed they could strike. I’d never count them out. They’re pretty innovative, especially when their existence is threatened.

The Russians are going to have to act surprised when A) Israel knocks out Iran’s nuclear know-how (including those trained by the Russians and others) and B) when the Putin-puppet gov’t of Chechnya comes down in a hail of Mossad gunfire.
