Jordanian authorities have started revoking the citizenship of thousands of Palestinians living in Jordan to avoid a situation in which they would be "resettled" permanently in the kingdom, Jordanian and Palestinian officials revealed on Monday.
The new measure has increased tensions between Jordanians and Palestinians, who make up around 70 percent of the kingdom's population.

Looking back in the history of the Middle East in the decades prior to Israel’s rebirth as a sovereign nation, the Palestinians were simply descendants of Arab criminals and social outcasts rejected by the rest of the Arabs living in Egypt, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Iraq and even Kuwait (none of those countries ever existed at that time). The Palestinians are foreigners to the Jews who have been inhabiting the Holy Land in small numbers for millenia.
