If so, you’re right...but that was an issue whether Hussin is CIC and if not then Cook should not be deployed to Afghanistan and since Cook’s orders were revoked, the judge in GA dismissed the case.
Carter is in Santa Ana I believe.
Judge Carter has the CA case which is now going through motions concerning the ‘serving’ of Obama and default. Judge Land had the GA case which he dismissed and recommended be re-filed in FL.
Somewhere along the way I mistakenly thought that Cook had been added to the case being heard by Carter in CA.
