The oath is to "support and DEFEND" the Constitution, and to "bear true faith and allegiance to the same." The Constitution states that the president must be native-born.

The oath also states "that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States." If Obama is NOT a native-born American, then the Army reservist was quite proper in his questioning of Obama's legitimacy.

NO. Only enlisted members have THAT sentence in the oath.

The officers’ oath is ONLY to the Constitution.
