Today’s dismissal doesn’t answer the question of whether Obama is eligible to serve as Commander-in-Chief. The White House went and answered that for us when they backed out of today’s hearing and revoked Major Cook’s deployment. Obama will have to prove in court, sooner not later, if he is eligible.
