actually it appears to be the state's fault...the state in this instance, IL, does not and did not verify Hussein's qualifications to run for the presidency. They just took Hawaii's "word" that Husseins was born there without seeing & verifying his BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Incompetence throughout the USA!
