Are you telling me that the, say, the qualification that a President must be an American citizen, naturalized via birth, does not apply to ALL STATES? We are not talking primary dates or anything else, we are talking about the qualification a person MUST MEET to run for the President of the United States....and you are telling me that EVERY STATE can have a different qualification? You are telling me Arnold can run?

I am saying that it is up to each State to decide how to enact legislation in this matter, to achieve the Constitutionally desired result.
