You're not facing reality. They fully control the Congress.
It is not OK at all with me, but short of insurrection nothing will be done. If a Federal Judge rules against Obama in any way, the matter would have to go to Congress to determine what to do and there the effort would fizzle out and come to naught.
What grand scheme do you see unfolding?

Perhaps some of the 535 sleep fitfully knowing just how many guns and how much ammo Americans have purchased since the election.
Perhaps some of the 535 have hopes of getting re-elected.
Perhaps some of the 535 actually do believe in the Rule of Law and the Constitution, hey, it could happen!
