Bill O'Reilly has called Free Republic a hate site and he may now have some ammunition to back up that assertion.
"A typical street whore." "A bunch of ghetto thugs." "Ghetto street trash." "Wonder when she will get her first abortion."At a time when the administration is seeking any reason to squelch any speech it deems "hate", as well as the entities where that speech may be found, what the hell were these people thinking?These are a small selection of some of the racially-charged comments posted to the conservative 'Free Republic' blog Thursday, aimed at U.S. President Barack Obama's 11-year-old daughter Malia after she was photographed wearing a t-shirt with a peace sign on the front.
The thread was accompanied by a photo of Michelle Obama speaking to Malia that featured the caption, "To entertain her daughter, Michelle Obama loves to make monkey sounds."

To the Moderator, if Chris Parry and a couple of infiltrators were the only ones sliming Malia Obama, then why yank the post? Personally, I would have left it up so the world could see what the left is all about. You should check out the comments on some of my YouTube vids. I could delete them, but I found it educational to let the libs speak.
Yanking the thread implies that there may have been some agreement with what was planted, and a PR scrubbing was in order. Is this a mistaken impression?
I think O’Reilly feels that attacking FR gives him his “fair and balanced” bonafides. And based on his ratings what he is doing works for the general public.
I’m not 100% certain of the thread in question, but if it’s the one I think it was, it was a news article where the author was suggesting she was making a political statement by wearing the shirt and the article included the photo. Are you suggesting it should not have made it’s way to this site?
Those Black kids that attacked White families in Ohio won’t be charged with a hate crime by the police ... something definitely screwie there ....
We need to help by letting the trolls know we're now more willing to hit that abuse button.
I’ve been here since 1998 on a fairly regular basis. I have almost never seen outright racist comments, and I have seen plenty of instances where such posters were chided and derided by other posters in the thread. However, as we all know, the Left uses this as a tactic to deflect criticism - just wait for the hearings tomorrow. That being said, however, I do agree with Bob that conservatives have to be very careful since they are going to be taken out of context anyway.
Who knows, we all know that Bill loves to really nail pinheads, and this guy has been nailed by Bill before for the Google Bomb of Bill. So who knows.
Trying to drum up sympathy for Obama because he is falling fast. There hasn’t been free speech in this nation for decades and they hate that.
I don’t care if she was walking naked down mainstreet dancing the Rhumba she is an eleven year old and that should be your guidelines in any remarks you choose to make about her.
You can express shock and dissapointment that she is allowed to dance around naked. You can explain why it is a very bad idea. You can lament that things have come to such a pass. You can even tsk, tsk that she may be headed in the wrong life direction. You can warn how bad people may exploit such behavior. And all must be said with the clear message that the concern is for the welfare of the child.
What you don’t do is make a crude, bullying, nasty, insinuating, personal remark about an eleven year old child. It is just not done.
Then he needs to get his facts correct!
The people making those remarks were not long time FREEPERS!

Freepers criticize Obama for being a liar, an illegal alien, a Communist (Frank Marshall Davis, etc., etc.), an anti-American (Wright), a friend of bombers (Ayers, Dohrn), a thug (ACORN), a crook (Daley, Blago, Rezko), etc.
Liberal bloggers and the lamestream corporate/government media don’t want to get into those issues. So liberal bloggers come to FR, post racist garbage, and then pretend FR is a “racist blog.”
Freepers have many SUBSTANTIVE, FACTUAL, RELEVANT, and INTELLIGENT things to say about Soetoro. They don’t post racist crap. And the liberals know it.
Are you kidding?! Why is the Secret Service guy dressed like a thug, in sweats and jewelry?

I look at the whole shmear as possibly a set up. Show the First Daughter in a "Summer of Love" commie getup on the streets of Europe and insult some rightwingers. Then, sit back and wait for bad actors, or supply some bad actors of your own.
It couldn't have happened without the power of the photograph in the first place, and the fact that it was a little girl made it so easy to exploit.
Yes, I’m even as of today, I’ve been all over Eric “nation of cowards” Holder and the comments I’ve written about his handling of the election day Panthers couldn’t be posted here.
I wasn’t on that one, but here is what I’ve put together seeing what happened. It was initially yanked, as all racist posts are, however, things started to look fishy when the KOS kids jumped on it early and most of the bad posts where by new folks. We restored it initially because we wanted to show how long time FReepers where trashing the race baiters, we figured the ankle biters would add 1+1 and see how FReepers dealt with racists. It became a point though, where it was too much to babysit so we finally just pulled it. It wasn’t all newbies, but it was unusual that there was a date range of sign ups (sept-nov of 08) where many of the posters where coming from.
I’ve made the remark from the pulpit that many women in our WHITE churches now come to services more skimpily dressed than the “typical street whores” of a decade ago.
I’ll make that statement again, directly from the pulpit, when necessary.
I often see Sunday school girls raised in WHITE professing Christian homes dressed like hookers, showing more flesh or emphasizing more bosom than street walkers dared to show off not long ago.
One preacher friend of mine in South Carolina was invited to a preach in an unfamiliar church (unfamiliar to him, that is), walked in, walked back out, and checked again the front of the building. He said he thought he’d walked into a KFC, ‘cause all he saw was legs and breasts.
So, I myself fail to see what was so racial in those comments posted on Free Republic.
Someone said this guy was a relative of Michelle's. We get to send everybody to Europe!
