Although I’m personally at odds with it, I don’t want to judge the decision of others to depict Obama as a chimp. Such cartoons should be rare, safe, but legal.

Actually I think the portrayals of Obama as a primate shield just how dangerous he is. They make him an object of “fun” when he is actually trying to destroy our country economically.
