IMHO these people don't care who they offend. Parents have a duty to make sure their children are dressed well when they are representing this country. So I blame the parents for leaving their daughter wide open for the remarks.
I don't attack children usually unless they are my own. I went through all kinds of dressing stages with my older children. I usually didn't say too much unless I found the shirt to be beyond acceptance. However at 11 yrs old I did say what my oldest daughter could wear & my youngest daughter, Sassy is not going to be dressing like I see teens dress now. I don't care how much she whines or cries.
