Yeah it’s too bad they didn’t vote for Alan Keyes.

Alan Keyes ran a joke of a campaign. What the heck was that reparations for black crap? I wouldn't have voted for him.

"Yeah it’s too bad they didn’t vote for Alan Keyes."

I agree. We could have had a Black president years ago, but everybody thought Keyes' passion indicated that he was "nuts," so they laughed him off the stage, in spite of his erudition, his Constitution-based patriotism, his pro-life stand, and other fine qualifications. It's sad that we have to have a trainwreck before people realize the tracks were twisted.

But Keyes and Sarah Palin have a lot in common politically, as well as in terms of their character. They are both absolute, true-blue patriots who know a lot more about what's going on than people are willing to give them credit for. They are both "dark horses."

Time will tell. I believe Gov. Palin made the right decision with her resignation, and I believe that she is a suitable candidate for the Presidency. Whether that run will be in 2012 or 2016 is up to her. She will be a force to reckon with in either event. But, in the meantime, she is gathering information, support, and funds for whatever she decides to do from now on. And, she STILL doesn't need anybody to tell her what she has to do to make herself more "acceptable" as a candidate; she was already on that path. But the pundits will all jump up and down trying to claim credit for giving her the "tips" and "suggestions" that they believe will make her "viable" as a candidate.
