Vlad, so you insist that the only way to understand the Pope is to see the stuff in post #143 (straight from the Vatican website) through a filter of “subsidiary”.

Okay, then please give the world an example of how such a thing might be accomplished, with this superauthority having enforcement powers for everything from "world peace" to economic control.

If you can't come up with an example, and the freaking Pope can't either, then he should shut the Hell up about suggesting this is the way to go when he's as freaking blind as you are.
