I'll put Palin's character, intelligence, and integrity against that of an insignificant keyboard jockey like you any day tuckrdout.
No matter how much you desire for Palin to go away, this is just the beginning for her and unfortunately for you we'll be seeing and hearing alot more of her.
Ann Coulter is right, you are wrong and there's nothing a fussy little prick like you can do about it.

My thoughts exact! Ya gotta wonder when “conservatives” go out of their way, not to just discuss, or voice concern about Sarah’s decision, but to be sure it is clear that all of the sudden, now even THEY will never be able to vote for her....
I think we all understand that no candidate is perfect, and when it comes down to it, sometimes you have to choose the lesser of the evils - Heck, I voted for McCain for pity’s sake!! You do what you have to do, and hearing posters on FR saying Sarah has lost THEIR vote, simply by making a decision to take a different route to the same destination, sends up big red flags for me, about the posters!
If these are good folks, who are really only fearful for the future, (as any of us might be), or are disappointed, by all means say so, but good grief, at least TRY to refrain from the urge to throw Sarah, (and all the rest of us!), under the bus!

Sure wasnt going for Huckabee, and Romney doesnt light my fire and McCain only got my vote because of Sarah. You took the words out of my mouth.
By the time the Missouri republican presidential primary rolled around I was a no show at the polls.

It’s not only a matter of being too big to be dealing with fishing licenses but she has better things to do than fend off weenie ethics complaints for the next two or more years.

Beautiful analysis, Ann! Surprising how so many conservative pundits got this wrong.

Dude....let’s say there’s a company and in that company is a vice president of whatever, and they are doing a GREAT job. And many on the board want this person as CEO. The shareholders will totally benefit from it.
Should the VP say ‘nah, I’m going to stay right here because that’s where you all wanted me in the first place?’
OR....should the VP rise to the occasion of filling a position they were REALLY cut out for?

Answer this question, please:
How can one use the governor’s “bully pulpit” to deflect charges of political abuse without committing political abuse?
Sorry, but she was damned whichever way she went, so she chose the freedom to pursue her agenda her way. Surely you don’t reject freedom?

YOU need to listen to what others here are saying.Ridiculous come back. We listened to Ms Sarah and her explanation for stepping down was clear, concise, and more than adequate.

If the 0 kids had been attacked in the MSM like the Palin kids MO would be in the offices slaying reporters with thigh crushes. Sarah took the high road. The supreme idiot Frank Lutz was on FNS this am say he thought Sarah should of stuck it out. Yet another data point proving Sarah did the right thing. The MSM should be ashamed (which they are not) of attacking a challenged kid less than two years old. Scumbags one and all.
