Rintese will be starting a “Daily Dose of Sarah” when she becomes a private citizen...If you want to be pinged let her know. I think you will enjoy the groups humor and them yours.
I've looked for evidence, there is none.: Therefore he didn't say anything about Palin a year before.
You're welcome.
Let ‘em keep fighting, more fun that way...
Of course I am a mentally ill idiot
I responded to this post.

You’ve made a fairly good argument, except for one thing. Those things were not mentioned in Jackson57’s comments to Beckett.
The infraction that was mentioned in Jackson57’s comments, was an arguable point. It wasn’t a point 100% indicative of someone posting from D.U.
From some other posts I’ve gotten mentioning things along the lines you have provided I would probably agree with you and the others. Still, when a post is made, I respond to it on the basis of what is provided.
I appreciate the mention.
No harm done.
KISS MY A...
Oh...
Sorry...
Been a long day.
I meant thank you...
;-)
Heh. :)
I agree somewhat, IF she was planning to run for higher office in the next 5 years. But I don't think she has plans for that. Judging from her announcement, she believes she cannot give her undivided attention to governing because she is continually fighting off ethics charges. That is a disservice to her and to her constituents.
She did not say she was going to quit public life and the promotion of conservatives issues altogether. She said she was going in a new direction.
The new direction could be writing a book, doing a talk show, issue advocacy speeches and supporting candidates. Lots of choices besides holding elected office. That's where I believe she is heading. Maybe she doesn't even know for sure what the future holds and is still mulling options and that's why she was cryptic.
It's tough being a middle of the roader around here where Palin is concerned. I like her very much and think she can be very effective in promoting conservatives issues and candidates. But I don't see her running for President any time soon, if ever. And that's okay. She can assist in making the roads straight and the rough places plain for conservative candidates.
We have to be careful to not project on Palin the equivalent of blind worship that the liberals project onto Obama. She's not "The One" any more than Obama is.
Yes I do FRiend! :-D
Don't you mean 2012? If BO isn't gone from office for other reasons I believe he will only be in the White House until 2012. Sarah will be the one to watch for 2012. GO SARAH!
Her job as governor of AK was to serve AK and its people. Not to do what may (or may not) be politically expedient for a political “career”. She did a lot for AK and left it in capable hands and did the right and ethical thing. Unlike most politicians who do what is best for their “career” or $$$, to hell with their state or the country. But I suspect what is best for Sarah Palin, is best for the country, and vice versa. She is free now to lead America in the right direction- to freedom.
That was fairly easy, wasn't it? You said it, now you proved it to be accurate. Bravo. I stand corrected. Thank you.
Oh, yeah, me...
Bawahahahaha!
I haven't been this happy since getting the contract to build the new Michael Jackson Memorial Boy Scout Camp...
I appreciate the cogent well thought out response.
It remains to be seen how this move will affect the Democrats and Independents who were attracted earlier.
I honestly don’t see how you overcome this negative on the premier executive experience she could point to. What does she point to now? I don’t like it, but the only response is, “I served 30 months of a 48 month term as Governor of Alaska, but the Democrats attacked my family members in print and on television, and they filed frivolous law suits against me.”
If she can dodge that bullet, then more power to her. I’m not basing my comments on some hidden dislike for her. If she can pull this out, I’ll campaign for her and vote for her.
I still think the vote for Independents and Democrats comes a lot easier, with a full term in office acting as if the left didn’t exist, even though they were a major pain. And I think the tell all book would seal the deal.
People do like rugged individualists, and I think that perception of Sarah Palin would have been a hell of a lot easier to sell, than the perception we are now left with.
We’ll see.
If you can provide a photo, I might consider it.
Sorry, been a long day and I’m doing Statistics homework.
I repeat:
Yes, it’s you.
Sarah does not need the media. The media will soon discover that it needs HER.
