What do you think public life is "all about?" You completely don't understand if you think it is "all about" false charges and mistreatment of people's kids.

Public life is about issues. It is about policies. It is about public support. etc. Perhaps you meant that, didn't she know it comes with public life? However that is not what you wrote.
