Just spoke with people VERY well connected with Palin's DC operation.
Reports that she has announced to staff that she is permanently out of politics are NOT true.
Three caviats:
1: She may have told Alaska staff that she is out of politics forever. 2: She may have told Alaska staff that she is out of ALASKA politics forever. 3: Word may have not filtered down to DC yet.
That said, senior DC people very close to her think she is very far from out of politics.

If there is anyone here who doesn’t understand why we cannot support a slick socialist politician like Mitt Romney, God help you, but you’re on the wrong website. We went through this with the abortionist, gay rights activist, illegal alien supporting, gun grabbing Rudy Giuliani until someone created another website call WAnkers for Rudy and they all flew the coop. Hopefully, before too much FReeper blood is shed, someone will create a WAnkers for Romney site and we can be left to fight the good fight as we see fit!

I knew it wasn’t true the moment I saw Mrs. Greenspan’s name attached to the report.
She sounded very passionate today, even angry and rightfully so. Palin spoke about freedom, and the danger our country is in. As usual, the lady speaks like no politician ever speaks.
And she sounds like she wants to do something about it.

Ummm, I am a big Palin fan and would vote for her for POTUS should she run. But, I think maybe we should wait awhile on her announcement and just keep our powder dry and see what shakes out. This whole thing seems a bit odd and has my poop detector pinging...
