Truly troubling. However, their Op-Ed is so convoluted on the legal issues that it would appear that THEIR claim was highly questionable. Thus, the Supremes wouldn’t hear it.

Exactly. We would have to see the case to know what really happened, and what precedents may or may not have been set/denied.

someone once analyzed lying and found that lying takes many more words than telling the truth. So no wonder this article was unreadable.
