Maybe her pac didn’t bring in the money she had hoped. Maybe she just wants her children left alone. Like I said, I sincerely hope I am wrong(wouldn’t be the first time either!)and that she runs for President.
Obama had the entire MSM/Hollyweird propaganda machine conducting his campaign for him. I recall first hearing the name BO on 60 Minutes in late 2006 or early 2007 when they announced that he may be the next POTUS. Palin would never enjoy this unfair advantage. Obviously.
You are right, and the smears from the right, especially the ones from McCain’s camp, probably hurt the worst.
You will be in for a BIG surprise.
Aw, what a sweet picture. I hadn’t seen this one yet. Love it!
I hope she does anounce that she is not seeking re-election to Gov. and in the same breath says that she fears for this Nation and the direction it has been pushed in the last 5.5 months!
I think she’s been watching the reaction on the news nets for the last 20 minutes to help make up her mind. CNN and PMSNBC’s hate for her has been way over the top of anything approaching reality.
How many governors would you see running along with her baby. Most have staff to deal with the mundane of the world. Can’t you see all the minions running along with them? Not Sarah.
I love this woman and hope she hasn’t let the mistreatment of her family cause her to turn her back on it all.
PMSNBC just interrupted their airing of Lockdown to pick up coverage of Palin’s announcement. The talking heads are about to explode.
I’m hoping she’s planning to take herself directly to the lower 48 for the next two years.
Do not believe that the words "caved in" are in her vocabulary.
Try not to come unglued, read first, assimilate what the other person REALLY said compared to what you think they said, then comment.
You are saying that having their support is a prerequisite to becoming POTUS?

Alaska
Gov. Sarah Palin has told associates that she will not seek re-election next year, freeing her to pursue a White House bid in 2012, according to two GOP sources.
Palin is to make her decision known later this afternoon from her home in Wasilla with her husband, Todd, and family by her side.
By not running for re-election, Palin liberates herself from the political constraints that come with running for president while still in elected office.
Leaving office at the end of next year, the former vice presidential hopeful will be able to travel the country more freely without facing the sort of repeated ethics inquiries shes been fending off since returning to Alaska earlier this year. Article here
Apparently, ktva in AK reporting she will be resigning as Governor in a matter of weeks.
I really can’t believe Palin’s had enough. The woman has too much energy to decide she wants to stay at home. She may have had enough of fighting constant legal battles with the Alaskan mob but she’s made for politics and she knows it. By not running for Gov in Alaska she’s fee to raise money and get out there and weigh in on subjects other than her latest court cases. AND by not making a big Obama splash she can try to slip into the fray without a fanfare that would be doubtlessly be mocked by the national media.
resigning???
Oooooh, I like that!!
Great, I hope this article is correct. Has she actually made an announcement yet?
