This is the latest messaging I have had with the seller on eBay
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Dear colmado_naranja,
I see the auction has been pulled (again), also I got a bunch of warnings that you might be trying to get my account info etc.
I sure hope you are legit or at least not trying to cause harm
If you can tell me anything about what is going on I'd appreciate it

Dear ____
Hi. Don't worry, I'm not a scammer. You can check with other eBayers that have made posts all over the internet in support of me and that eBay is now to the point that they will say anything to cancel my auctions.
There will be no more auctions for Obama?s b.c., but this may interest you. Ebay item # 160345795373. ?Autographed photo of Smith and Andylenny abroad.?
Again you?ll have to search by listing number for the first several hours until the title becomes searchable.
I'm turning the b.c. over to WorldNetDaily and Joseph Farah. Thanks for your support. You are appreciated.

I had recieved this from eBay earlier:
Hello ______________
Our records show that you recently received an email from colmado_naranja through the Ask Seller a Question or Contact eBay Member features. This email may be fraudulent and an attempt to do one of the following:
- Obtain your eBay password - Gain access to your eBay account - Use your eBay account for fraudulent activity - Set up an outside-of-eBay transaction which may be fraudulent
This kind of email is often called a "phish" or "phishing attempt," and the people who send them are known as "phishers." Phishers use these methods to try to get your personal information, such as user names, passwords and credit card details. Because the emails may sometimes come through the eBay system, the phisher may seem to be trustworthy and have a good reason to contact you.
***Important - Protect Your Personal Information*** - Don't reply to the sender either through the eBay system or your personal email account.
- Don't open any links or cut and paste any Web addresses into your browser from the phishing email.
- If you think you may have entered personal information such as your password, Social Security Number, or credit card information into a website based on a request from a phishing email, you need to act *immediately* to protect yourself from identity theft. For detailed instructions about the steps to take, please go to:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/account/protecting-identity-theft.html
***What to Do If You've Already Sent an Item or Payment*** If you've already sent payment to or shipped an item to a person who asked that you take the transaction outside of eBay, we recommend you take the following steps:
1. Contact the payment service that you used to make the purchase. If you paid by credit card, most card issuers provide consumer protection in online fraud cases.
2. Please complete the "Item Bought Outside of eBay" form or the "Item Sold Outside of eBay" form. To find these forms, please go to:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/tp/isgw-fraud-non-ebay.html
Click the "Item Bought Outside of eBay form" or the "Item Sold Outside of eBay form" link. Enter your information in the page that follows, and then click the "Submit" button. The information you provide will enable us to work more effectively with law enforcement in case an investigation occurs.
3. If you were the seller and shipped the item to a fraudulent buyer, contact the shipping carrier that you used. That company may be able to assist you further. If you sent the item through the U.S. Postal Service, file a mail fraud claim. To do so, please visit:
http://www.usps.com/postalinspectors/fraud/
4. Contact the local law enforcement where you sent the payment or item. The authorities where the seller or the buyer lives might be able to provide additional assistance. To find local law enforcement, go to:
http://www.usacops.com/
***Additional Account Safety Tips*** To protect your email and your eBay account, we recommend that you always follow these safety tips:
- Do *not* respond to the sender either through the eBay system or your email account. An offer to buy or sell an item outside of eBay is against eBay policies, might be fraudulent, and will not be covered by eBay protection programs.
- If you received what appears to be a Second Chance Offer for an item that you recently bid on, check My Messages to make sure the offer is legitimate. Second Chance Offers appear in My Messages with a blue background and a subject stating, "eBay Second Chance Offer for Item...."
- If you receive a Second Chance Offer directly in your personal email and it is not in My Messages, it is not a legitimate offer.
- If a Second Chance Offer appears in My Messages with a subject line of "Message from eBay Member," it is not a legitimate offer. Before responding to a Second Chance Offer, make sure it contains both the blue background in My Messages and the subject line of "eBay Second Chance Offer for Item?"
- Never pay for an item you've bought on eBay by using instant cash or wire transfer services such as Western Union or MoneyGram. These payment methods are unsafe on eBay. It's against the eBay Accepted Payments policy for a seller to request payment using these methods. For more information about payments that are accepted on eBay, please go to:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/accepted-payments-policy.html
Sincerely,
eBay Trust & Safety team
Speaking of that, I’m one of those people who never knew (until now) that there was no requirement to produce your documents in order to get on the ballot.
I’m astonished this hasn’t happened before, even in state and federal offices. It’s stunning, isn’t it?
Looks like the original seller of the BC has turned it over to WND and Joseph Fararr(spl).
You said — Im astonished this hasnt happened before, even in state and federal offices. Its stunning, isnt it?

This is what I’ve called (in many threads before, in the past) the *loophole* in the Constitution. It says you must be qualified, but if you merely swear that you are, that is satisfactory, according to what has been done for years.
Now, there have been some who have produced documentation, but this has not been required for running for office. For example, McCain did submit his birth certificate to a court, but it wasn’t required for him to do so; he just did it anyway, on his own. So, there’s not a precedent, even there, for someone to do it from now on. It was voluntary on his part.
That’s the *big loophole* in the “Constitutional Requirement” that we have stated in that Constitution. That’s a loophole that needs to be “closed down”.
AND..., by the way, this is not the “first time” (if it’s ever proven with Obama, that is) — that a President has been in office and has not been qualified under the Constitution. The 21st President was not qualified to be President. That was President Chester A. Arthur.
Donofrio, on his website, spells it all out about how he was not qualified. It sounds a lot like Obama. President Chester Arthur destroyed all his records so no one could ever find out. But, many years later, some records were found that exposed his secret of not being qualified to be President...
THEREFORE, the Constitution needs to have that loophole closed up. It will take a Constitutional Amendment to do that, or the state laws (like I was saying) as a stop-gap measure, right now.
bump
Seriously, if you think I’m ST, feel free to inquire and ask JR. If you think that, then I would say as far as dim bulbs, I’m a 75 watt and you’re a 40 watt. Anymore questions smartass?
Sorry.......I want to see what happens tomorrow and I have a reason for not wanting this on the open forum. I don’t want the Kos kids or DUmmies to have it.
What would be most interesting would be if there were any reaction at all from any official Obama source. Even an off-hand dismissal would be telling.
Along with Obama who would have his panties in a wad. ;-O
e-bay is one of the companies that supports HR2998 [cap&tax = glowball warming bill] Along with Starbucks, Nike, GE and HP.

If he'd written that on FR, the Viking kitties would be rushing to the scene.
If the guy were on the level (which I've no doubt he is not), he wouldn't need all the secrecy and pussyfooting and ebaying.
bump for later in the day.
I believe Obama is hiding something; what I don’t know; so we shall see. I don’t think it is a tinfoil conspiracy to believe he is hiding something.
I agree with you. The trolls do come in droves to certain threads when they think you have something. LOL
Very strange. She sounds like that woman in the movie Fargo...lol. Just now trying to catch up in the thread. Praying it is all legit.
Nope. It eliminates this source as credible. Has no bearing on the issue of the BC.
My apologies, but I dont have the link readily available! But Feinstien did it and I am sure I read the details right here on FR.I will look today because it is something we should all jump on and RUSH as well. RUSH detailed how a RAT Representative has just introduced legislation to repeal the 22 nd Amendment opening up the possibility of a never ending term for OBOZO HUSSEIN!! Jus tlike his hero and Tormentor, Hugo Chavez NOW HAS!
Oh boy .. you’re still not getting the fine detail of what I’m seeing right now. And I could be brainfogged, as I’m not seeing it the way you are.
Also .. for this very reason:
~~~~~~~~~~~
~~~In his auction description, pay attention to what he says here:
“I plan to upload a video to Youtube. My user name is InspectorSmith. I’ve had the account for some time. I have never uploaded anything”
~~~
He’s never uploaded anything. That video titled “InspectorSmith’s Channel” is on ‘revolutionarytruth’s’ account and she has videos on it.
So I see the choice of words .. the exact words.
InspectorSmith ..... InspectorSmith’s Channel
As I’m seeing it, she wanted to talk about this after seeing the buzz about the auctions, so under her
‘revolutionarytruth’ youtube account, she opened a new category called “InspectorSmith’s Channel” and did this audio dissertation to get in on all the buzz ...
She speaks NOT AS InspectorSmith .. but as a person describing what InspectorSmith is doing.
To my logic, that does not absolutely make her InspectorSmith .. just that she’s employing the account name he stated in the auction to broadcast the news about his BC auctions.
There is one anamoly that does stand out strangely to me... that she has a picture that bares close resemblance to the “Andylenny” supposedly shown in his last auction .. the guy with the cap on his head at the top left of her video.
I’m sure willing to believe I’m wrong . . but these are the inconsistencies that are hitting me that make it seem fishy that they could be the same person; and, after reading his description, that this is his youtube account.
Feel free to clear up my fog .. LOL.
