Drats just heard Shep announce it. However someone mentioned that the court did not authorize he be seated so there may be wiggle room, but at this point I highly doubt it.

What has been successfully pulled off in Minnesota will be repeated all over the country so that there will always be a veto proof Democrat majority from now on. I predict (bookmark this message) that the Democrats will gain seats in the midterm elections of 2010. The only good thing about it is that it will be another election like the one of 1860, in that it will finally mobilize the patriots to do what needs to be done.
I’ve got my plans for moving to Texas all in place.

Oh you are soooo naïve. What this election has shown us is that our electoral process is broken. There is no such thing as a clean, free, and open election anymore in America. Acorn can manufacture any results required to elect a Democrat, and the liberal court system will declare it valid, just like the Mullahs in Iran.
Acorn succeeded in creating their desired results in every election they were involved with last November, and with billions of our tax dollars, they will be even more successful in the future. Do you really think that the trillions of new federal expenditures are really for the good of America? Hidden deep in all of the bailouts and stimuli are billions of dollars of our taxes designated specifically for Democrat constituencies. The Democrats are using our taxes to buy enough votes to win where they need to.
Obambi is supporting the dictator in Haiti because he wants to be able to do the same thing in 2016 (ignore the two term law and stay on as king forever). He is building his support base with Castro, Chavez, Norega, and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, so that they will come to his aid when he wants to put down those of us do will resist his attempt to become king Obambi the first.
I have been thinking the same since the election. As long as the MSM presents Obama the Messiah to people, nothing will change. When his policies start to personally affect enough people-—change will come.
Never happen. Obambi has billions of dollars of "walking around money" stashed in the bailouts, stimuli, cap and tax, and health care bills. He'll keep enough of them happy enough to vote for him, or any Democrat, and he'll use his Acorn army to suppress, or simply “lose” the votes of the patriots.

Really? While I agree that ACORN probably got every black voter in Minnesota to vote for Franken, all 10 of them, I don't believe it quite has the power you claim! The election was about the performance of one George W. Bush's 8 years in office and it had unfortunate results for Norm Coleman as well as John McCain and Sarah Palin. That was a fact and nothing more than that is fact!
