Many have asked for post #12 to be pulled - because it might be seen as 'racist.' That was not done for one very big reason. The race of Aunt Jemima and the 1st lady is the same - and Aunt Jemima has been an icon loved and respected for many many years.

The words posted with the image are clear, 'She should just make more pancakes!' - suggesting that the current 1st lady has stepped outside her role, in ways none before her have tread. That is not a racist suggestion. It is more an opinion that the 1st lady should refocus her efforts.

Had the words posted with the picture been racist, it would have been yanked on sight.
