waxman is trying to stop him. the speaker of the house said Bohner can read what he likes he is entitled.
he is reading pages and asking why these 300pages were there and what they mean. he says he cant figure it out.
I hope that he can filibuster it but i doubt that waxman will allow it.

Bohner said Waxman had 30 years to draft this and had the nerve to drop 300 pages at 309am, we need to look it over.

Waxman will certainly come out swinging, now. And that is just what Boehner wants. The snarky Waxman will probably proceed to turn off a large part of the radio/TV audience. It's not much, but it's all the House Pubs have, at present. Somebody in the GOP was up early tearing into this legislative nightmare.
